Why isn't the weight coming off?
You're eating well. You're training hard. And the scale still won't move. Seven short questions — no email, nothing sent anywhere — to help you see what's actually going on.
Takes about a minute.
Why you can be doing everything right and still not lose weight
Here's a pattern we've seen for years: someone changes their food and starts a hard new workout routine at the same time. On paper, that looks like commitment. In the body, it can look like a lot of stress landing on a system that was already inflamed and never got any pre-work.
An inflamed body tends to hold on to weight. So when you pile more stress onto a system that's already loaded, you don't get the change you're after — you get more stress. That's not a failure of willpower. It's a timing problem.
Our approach is to clear that blocker first. In The 8-Week Program, Week 1 is called Clear the Inflammation — before we ask the body to work harder, we help it settle. From there, we build one layer at a time: real food back in, movement back in, one week at a time, so you can actually see what's working.
If the scale has been stuck even though you're trying, it may not be about trying harder. It may be about starting in the right order.
